Title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 310, as added by this Act, the following: Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of GROW AMERICA Act, the Secretary shall establish an online platform and, in coordination with agencies described in subsection (b), issue reporting standards to make publically available the status and progress with respect to compliance with applicable requirements under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq. ) and any other Federal approval required under applicable laws for projects and activities requiring an environmental assessment or an environmental impact statement.
A Federal agency of jurisdiction over an approval required for a project under applicable laws shall provide information regarding the status and progress of the approval to the online platform, consistent with the standards established under subsection (a). An entity with assigned authority for responsibilities under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq. ), pursuant to section 326 or 327 of title 23, United States Code, shall be responsible for supplying project development and compliance status for all applicable projects. .
