Section 4 of the Federal Aid in Fish Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 777c ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking fiscal year through 2014, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on May 31, 2015, and inserting fiscal year through 2021, ; and in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2014, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on May 31, 2015, and inserting for each fiscal year through 2021, .
