Section 305 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting the following at the end: The Secretary shall— encourage recipients of grants under this title and title 23 to fund projects with the grants that support travel and tourism-based infrastructure within the United States; and consider the potential effects of travel and tourism within the United States among the eligibility criteria when allocating funds for projects funded under the titles. .
