Section 20(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2619(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking or at the end; and in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: , except that no prior notification shall be required in the case of a civil action brought to compel a decision by the Administrator pursuant to section 18(f)(3)(B); or in the case of a civil action brought to compel a decision by the Administrator pursuant to section 18(f)(3)(B), after the date that is 60 days after the deadline specified in section 18(f)(3)(B). .
