Section 503(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(C)by striking 2013 through 2014 and inserting 2016 through 2021 ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall make available to the public on an Internet Web site on an annual basis a report on the cost and benefits from deployment of new technology and innovations that substantially and directly resulted from the program established under this paragraph. The report may include an analysis of— Federal, State, and local cost savings; project delivery time improvements; reduced fatalities; and congestion impacts. .
