Section 120(c)(3)(B) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in clause
(iv)by striking or at the end; by redesignating clause
(v)as clause (vi); and by inserting after clause
(iv)the following: innovative pavement materials that have a demonstrated life cycle of 75 or more years, are manufactured with reduced greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce construction-related congestion by rapidly curing; or .
