Section 1044e(b) of title 10, United States Code is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(9)as paragraph (10); and by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following new paragraph: Legal representation and assistance in any action or proceeding that, in the judgment of the Special Victims’ Counsel, may have been undertaken in retaliation for the victim’s report of an alleged sex-related offense or for the victim’s involvement in related military justice proceedings. .
