Section 1044e(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after subparagraph (C), as added by section 542, the following new subparagraph: An individual who is a former dependent of a member or former member of the armed forces described in subparagraph
(A)or (B), if the alleged sex-related offense— was perpetrated by a person who is, or is reasonably believed to be, a person subject to chapter 47 of this title (the Uniform Code of Military Justice) pursuant to section 802 of this title (article 2(a) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice); and occurred while the individual was a dependent of the member or former member. .
