Sec. 324. Pilot programs for availability of working-capital funds for product improvements

During fiscal year 2016, each of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology, the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition, and the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition shall initiate a pilot program pursuant to section 330 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 68), as amended by section 332 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1697). A minimum of $5,000,000 of working-capital funds shall be used for each of the pilot programs initiated under subsection
(a)for fiscal year 2016.
