Section 341 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3345) is amended— by striking Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics and all that follows through is paying and inserting Senior Acquisition Executive of the Air Force has determined that the Air Force has obtained sufficient data to establish that the Air Force is paying ; and by striking the sentence beginning with The Secretary may waive .
