Section 1242(b)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3563) is amended— by striking 30 days and inserting 90 days ; and by striking and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and inserting , the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the commander of each relevant combatant command .
