Section 1110 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2493) is amended— by striking subsection (i); by redesignating subsection
(j)as subsection (i); and in subsection (i), as so redesignated, by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following new paragraph: any employee whose assignment is allowed to continue by virtue of paragraph
(1)shall be taken into account for purposes of the numerical limitation under subsection (h). . Section 1101 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 ( Public Law 105–261 ; 112 Stat. 2139) is amended by striking subsection (g).
