Section 127b of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsection

(g)as subsection (f). Section 138(b)(8) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subparagraph (B); by striking shall— and all that follows through assess the technological maturity and inserting shall periodically review and assess the technological maturity ; and by striking ; and and inserting a period. Section 139b(d) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating paragraph

Section 2352 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 139 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2352. Section 112 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1654) is repealed. Section 2805 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2149) is repealed. Section 112(b) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4153) is amended— by striking paragraph (3); and by redesignating paragraph

(4)as paragraph (3). Section 1034 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4593) is repealed.
