Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: The heading of section 153(a)(5) is amended to read as follows: . Joint Force Development Activities .— The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter I of chapter 21 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 429 the following new item: 430. Tactical exploitation of national capabilities executive agent. . (8)added by section 1202(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat 2512) as subparagraphs

(A)through (H), respectively; and by moving the margins of such subparagraphs, as so redesignated, two ems to the right. For purposes of applying amendments made by provisions of this Act other than this section, the amendments made by this section shall be treated as having been enacted immediately before any such amendments by other provisions of this Act.
