Section 226B(f)(3) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6934(f)(3) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
