Section 2 of the Act of March 28, 1928 (45 Stat. 374, chapter 266; 19 U.S.C. 2077 ), is amended to read as follows: The Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, with the approval of the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of the Treasury, are each authorized to direct the advance of funds by the Fiscal Service of the Department of the Treasury in connection with the enforcement of the customs and trade laws of the United States (as defined in section 2 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Reauthorization Act of 2013 ). .
