Section 1111(h)(1)(C) ( 20 U.S.C. 6311(h)(1)(C) ) is amended— in clause (vii), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating clause
(viii)as clause (ix); and by inserting after clause
(vii)the following: a comparison of the performance of students between different local educational agencies across the State at each level of achievement described in subsection (b)(1)(D)(ii), disaggregated by the subgroups described in subsection (b)(2)(C)(v); and .
