Section 107(c)(4) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7105(c)(4) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by inserting the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, before and the Department ; and in the second sentence, by inserting , in consultation with the Secretary of Labor, before shall provide .
