Section 105(a) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2005 ( 22 U.S.C. 7112(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of State shall, on a regular basis, provide information relating to child labor and forced labor in the production of goods in violation of international standards to the Department of Labor to be used in developing the list described in subsection (b)(2)(C). .
