The deadline for issuance of any rule or regulation, conduct of any study, or submission of any report required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( Public Law 111–203 ) or amendments made by that Act that has not been met or is not met in final form by the date specified in that Act or those amendments, shall be extended for 1 year. The extension provided under subsection
(a)shall have no effect on any rule required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( Public Law 111–203 ) or amendments made by that Act that have been issued in final form before the date of enactment of this Act.
