Sec. 402. Coverage for comprehensive workplace wellness program and preventive services

Section 8904(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: Comprehensive workplace wellness program benefits that meet the requirements of section 10408 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( Public Law 111–148 ). Preventive services benefits deemed an A or B service by the United States Preventive Services Taskforce. Immunizations that have in effect a recommendation from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with respect to the individuals involved.
With respect to infants, children, and adolescents, evidence-informed preventive care and screenings provided for in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration of the Department of Health and Human Services. ; and in paragraph (2), by adding at the end the following: Comprehensive workplace wellness program benefits that meet the requirements of section 10408 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( Public Law 111–148 ).
