Section 251A(1) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 901a(1)), as redesignated by section 101 of this Act, is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E)— by striking $24,000,000,000 and inserting $109,333,000,000 ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for fiscal year 2014, reducing the amount calculated under subparagraphs
(A)through
(D)by $25,500,000,000. . Section 901(e) of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–240 ) is repealed. Section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act ( 2 U.S.C. 901a ) is amended— in paragraph (2), as redesignated by section 101 of this Act, by striking On March 1, 2013, for fiscal year 2013, and in its sequestration preview report for fiscal years 2014 and inserting On January 2, 2014, for fiscal year 2014, and in its sequestration preview report for fiscal years 2015 ; in paragraph (3), as redesignated by section 101 of this Act, by striking 2013 and inserting 2014 ; in paragraph (4), as redesignated by section 101 of this Act, by striking 2013 and inserting 2014 ; and in paragraph (5), as redesignated by section 101 of this Act— in subparagraph (A), by striking and inserting Fiscal year 2013 .—On March 1, 2013, for fiscal year 2013 ; and Fiscal year 2014 .—On January 2, 2014, for fiscal year 2014 in subparagraph (B)— by striking and inserting Fiscal years 2014–2021 ; and Fiscal years 2015–2021 by striking 2014 each place it appears and inserting 2015 .
