Section 4205 of such Act ( 20 U.S.C. 7175 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking under this part and inserting under section 4204 ; and by inserting and support student success after academic achievement ; by redesignating paragraphs
