Section 1902(a)(10)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(A)), as amended by section 211(b)(1), is amended in the matter preceding clause
(i)by inserting (18), after (17), . Section 1902(a)(10)(C) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(C)) is amended— in clause (iii)— in subclause (I), by inserting and hospice care after ambulatory services ; and in subclause (II), by inserting and hospice care after delivery services ; and in clause (iv), by inserting and
(18)after
(17). Section 2103(c)(9) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397cc(c)(9) ), as added by section 211(c)(2)(A), is amended by inserting and hospice care before the period. The amendments made subsection
(a)take effect on January 1, 2016.
