Section 241(a) of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5651(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting status offenders, before juvenile offenders, and juveniles ; in paragraph (5), by striking juvenile offenders and juveniles and inserting status offenders, juvenile offenders, and juveniles ; in paragraph (10), by inserting , including juveniles with disabilities before the semicolon; and in paragraph (17), by inserting truancy prevention and reduction, after mentoring, .
