Section 6 of the Reducing Over-Classification Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3161 note; Public Law 111–258 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The President, acting through the Director of the Information Security Oversight Office, shall issue a standardized sampling technique for department and agency self-inspection programs as required pursuant to Executive Order 13526 (50 U.S.C. 3161 note) or successor order in order to address any vulnerabilities in such programs. .
