Section 8G(a) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— in paragraph (2), by inserting the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, after the National Science Foundation, ; and in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (G), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (H), by inserting and after the semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: with respect to the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, such term means the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (established under section 233(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2193(b) )); .

Section 239 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2199 ) is amended by striking subsection (e).
