Section 819 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2409; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking advanced component development or prototype of technology and inserting advanced component development, prototype, or initial production of technology ; and in paragraph (2), by striking delivery of initial or additional prototype items and inserting delivery of initial or additional items ; and in subsection (b)(4), by striking September 30, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2019 .
