None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for other than coach-class transportation accommodations (within the meaning given that term under the Federal Travel Regulation) by an agency that fails to submit the report relating to the use of other than coach-class transportation accommodations by the agency required under subpart B of part 300–70 of the Federal Travel Regulation for fiscal year 2015.
