The Secretary shall report to the Committee on rural housing loans provided under section 502 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1472 ), for each of the five preceding years, including: the total number of loans provided by the Secretary that are equal to or more than $500,000; the total number of guarantees provided by the Secretary on loans with an original principal obligation that is equal to or more than $500,000; the location, including the city and State, of each property for which the Secretary provided such a loan or loan guarantee; and the number of loans and loan guarantees that have resulted in losses to the Secretary as a result of defaults, and the total amount of such losses.
