Section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1773 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A)(i)(II)— by striking , for reduced price breakfasts, ; by striking or reduced price ; and by striking clause

(C)and (D), respectively; and in subparagraph
(D)(as so redesignated)— in the subparagraph heading, by striking and inserting and reduced price ; meals by striking and reduced price policy each place it appears and inserting meals policy ; and by striking and reduced price meals and inserting meals ; and in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking or reduced price ; and by striking subparagraph (C); and in subsections (d)(1)(A) and (e)(1)(A), by striking or at a reduced price each place it appears.
