Section 9(b)(1) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1758(b)(1) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraph

Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769a ) is amended— by striking or reduced price each place it appears; and by striking and reduced price each place it appears. Section 20(b) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769b(b) ) is amended by striking and reduced price . Section 21(a)(1)(B) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769b–1(a)(1)(B)) is amended— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking or reduced price ; and in clause (iii), by striking and reduced price . The Secretary of Agriculture shall carry out the amendments made by paragraphs
