Public Law 109–424 (120 Stat. 2902) is hereby repealed. Nothing in this section shall be construed to repeal, or affect in any way, title VIII of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–479 ).
