Section 809, as redesignated by section 8(a)(1), is amended— in paragraph (4)(B), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (5)(B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $36,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019, of which— not less than 27 percent of the amount appropriated shall be for activities under the tsunami hazard mitigation program under section 805; and not less than 8 percent of the amount appropriated shall be for the tsunami research program under section 806. .
