Section 203 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15852 ) is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 548(b) of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act ( 42 U.S.C. 8258 ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (4), by striking the period and adding ; and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: information on the progress of the Federal Government in meeting the goals established by section 203 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 15852). .
