(e); by striking subsection (e); by redesignating subsections
(f)and
(g)as subsections
(e)and (f), respectively; and in subsection (e), as redesignated by paragraph (3)— by striking
(1)The Secretary and inserting The Secretary ; and by striking paragraph (2). Section 4643(d)(1) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2733(d)(1)) is amended by striking 4604(g) and inserting 4604(f) .
