Section 129(h)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151aa(h)(1) ) is amended— by striking every 6 months and inserting annually ; and by striking 6-month period and inserting year . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to reports required to be submitted under 129(h)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 after January 31, 2014.
