Section 203 of the Government Securities Act Amendments of 1993 ( Public Law 103–202 ; 107 Stat. 2359; 31 U.S.C. 3121 note) is repealed. The table of contents for the Government Securities Act Amendments of 1993 is amended by striking the item relating to section 203.
