Title III of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 771 et seq. ) is amended— in section 301(a) ( 21 U.S.C. 771(a) )— in paragraph (2), by inserting and at the end; by striking paragraphs
(3)and (4); and by redesignating paragraph
(5)as paragraph (3); in section 302 (29 U.S.C. 772)— in subsection (g)— in the heading, by striking ; and and In-Service Training by striking paragraph (3); and in subsection (h), by striking section 306 and inserting section 304 ; in section 303 ( 29 U.S.C. 773 )— in subsection (b)(1), by striking section 306 and inserting section 304 ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (4)— by amending subparagraph (A)(ii) to read as follows: to coordinate activities and work closely with the parent training and information centers established pursuant to section 671 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 1471), the community parent resource centers established pursuant to section 672 of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 1472 ), and the eligible entities receiving awards under section 673 of such Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1473 ); and ; and in subparagraph (C), by inserting , and demonstrate the capacity for serving, after serve ; and by adding at the end the following: From the amount appropriated to carry out this subsection for a fiscal year, 20 percent of such amount or $500,000, whichever is less, shall be reserved to carry out paragraph (6). ; by striking sections 304 and 305 ( 29 U.S.C. 774 , 775); and by redesignating section 306 ( 29 U.S.C. 776 ) as section 304.
