Effective as of January 2, 2013, and as if included therein as enacted, section 611(7) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1776) is amended by striking Section 408a(e) and inserting Section 478a(e) . Section 478a(e) of title 37, United States Code, as amended by section 611(7) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013, as corrected by subsection (a), is further amended by striking December 31, 2013 and inserting December 31, 2014 .
