Subsection
(d)of section 179 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (10); and by redesignating paragraphs
(11)and
(12)as paragraphs
(10)and (11), respectively. Subsection
(g)of such section is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A description of the joint efforts of the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy with respect to the physical protection of special nuclear material and the development of common physical protection standards for such material. .
