Section 1811(b) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6555(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking eligible schools and inserting States and partnerships of local educational agencies and early childhood education providers ; in paragraph (2), by striking eligible schools and inserting States and partnerships of local educational agencies and early childhood education providers ; in paragraph (3)— by striking school and inserting State, local educational agency, or early childhood education provider ; and by striking within the eligible school district or nationally and inserting among States, local educational agencies, and early childhood education providers ; and by striking paragraph (4).
