Section 1002 ( 20 U.S.C. 6302 ) is amended to read as follows: For the purpose of carrying out part A, there are authorized to be appropriated $14,974,091,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. For the purpose of carrying out part B, there are authorized to be appropriated $368,900,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. For the purpose of carrying out part C, there are authorized to be appropriated $372,751,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. For the purpose of carrying out part D, there are authorized to be appropriated $47,614,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.
For the purpose of carrying out section 1501, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
