Section 1886(d)(5)(B)(ii) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395ww(d)(5)(B)(ii) ) is amended— in subclause (XI), by striking and at the end; in subclause (XII)— by inserting and before October 1, 2013, after 2007, ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subclause: on or after October 1, 2013, c is equal to 0.54. . Section 1886(d)(2)(C)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395ww(d)(2)(C)(i)) is amended by inserting or of section 2402(a) of the after Fiscal Sustainability Act of 2013 Act of 1997 .
