Section 7 of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 ( 2 U.S.C. 936 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph (1); and by striking subsection (c). The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
