Not later than July 1, 2016, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to the Committee on Finance and the Special Committee on Aging of the Senate and to the Committee on Ways and Means and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives a report on the provisions of, and amendments made by, parts I and II. The report submitted under subsection
(a)shall contain the following information: An evaluation of the financial impact of such provisions and amendments. An evaluation of changes in access to physicians and other health care providers as a result of such provisions and amendments. An evaluation of changes in beneficiary satisfaction under the Medicare program as a result of such provisions and amendments. Such other information as the Secretary determines to be appropriate.
