Section 7116 ( 20 U.S.C. 7426 ) is amended— in subsection (d)(9), by striking section 7114(c)(4) and inserting section 7114(c)(5) ; in subsection (g), in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and inserting the Strengthening America's Schools Act of 2013 ; by inserting the Secretary of Health and Human Services, after the Secretary of the Interior, ; and by inserting and coordination after providing for the implementation ; by striking subsection
(o)and inserting the following: Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the Strengthening America's Schools Act of 2013, the Secretary of Education shall submit a report to the authorizing committees, the Committee on Indian Affairs of the Senate, and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives on the results of the implementation of the demonstration projects authorized under this section. Such report shall identify— statutory barriers to the ability of participants to integrate more effectively their education and related services to Indian students in a manner consistent with the objectives of this section; and the best practices for program integration that result in increased student proficiency, graduation rates, and other relevant academic outcomes for Indian and Alaska Native students. .
