Section 7113 (20 U.S.C. 7423) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— by striking Bureau of Indian Affairs and inserting Bureau of Indian Education ; and by striking $3,000 and inserting $10,000 ; and in paragraph (3), by striking $4,000 and inserting $15,000 ; in subsection (d)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Bureau of Indian Affairs ; Bureau of Indian Education in paragraph (1)(A)(i), by striking the Bureau of Indian Affairs and inserting the Bureau of Indian Education ; and in paragraph (2), by striking section 7114(c)(4) and inserting section 7114(c)(5) ; and in subsection (e), by striking under section 7152(a) and inserting to carry out this subpart .
