Section 703 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058b ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Assistant Secretary shall use funds made available under section 702A to award grants, on a competitive basis, to States for State Home Care Ombudsman Programs. .
