Chapter 1 of subtitle A of title VII of the Older Americans Act of 1965 is amended by inserting after section 702 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058a ) the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out chapter 5 such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2014 and each subsequent fiscal year. .
